  • We aim to provide the highest quality services. If a service is not provided or if we cancel the service, you are eligible for a full refund.

  • Refunds will only be processed in the case of services that were not rendered or canceled by us. If you are dissatisfied with the service provided, please contact us within 7 days for a resolution.

2. Cancellations by the Customer :

  • You may cancel or reschedule your service appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without penalty. A full refund will be provided for cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance.

  • If you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment, no refund will be issued.

3. Refund Process :

  • If a refund is eligible, please contact us at [Your Contact Information] within 7 days of the scheduled appointment. Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days after receiving the request.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the booking.

4. Exceptions :

  • We do not issue refunds for services that have been partially or fully completed.

  • If the customer fails to show up for the scheduled service without prior notice, no refund will be provided.

  • If the service is delivered and the customer changes their mind after the service has been performed, no refund will be issued.
